EMPIRE MAG & CHRIS BROWN "EREASED" FROM BONE DEEP PROMOTION
 
Fast & Furious is presented with five page spread inside the April issue of EMPIRE Magazine, interviews with the cast included!
Bone Deep’s marketers now have a bit of a problem on their hands. According to the hip-hop site Woooha, distributor Sony Screen Gems is now scrambling to "erase" Chris Bown (after  the latest news about his relationship with Rihanna) from all movie poster, trailer and TV ads. He'll remain in the final cut of the film, but you'd never know that from the promo materials. The movie's more experienced actors - Hayden Christensen and Paul Walker - were to carry the film.

“...We spoke with Paul Walker, who plays the handsome and serious Brian O'Conner, about the film. This was mostly boring chatter about the movie-making process. Eventually we turned the conversation to cars and Walker lit-up. Apparently, Walker isn't of the get-rich-and-buy-a-Bentley variety of movie stars. In fact, he's of the not-enough-room-in-my-garage-for-all-the-toys variety a la Jay Leno.
In addition to a fairly predictable Ferrari 360, Walker boasted at the time of owning a classic late 1940's Chevy Woody and a Toyota Tundra  with some modifications, which he loved to talk about. This isn't surprising, given the first car he bought with his money was a 1986 Ford Ranger. Most surprisingly, perhaps, is his admission he reads car forums and actually posts occasionally. Because he seemed like a genuinely nice guy we won't "out" the forums or his member name....”

THE FAST AND THE FURIOUS Trilogy thunders onto Blu-ray March 24
 
Universal Studios Home Entertainment today announced a March 24 release date for the Blu-ray high-definition set of THE FAST AND THE FURIOUS Trilogy. The three films in this exciting action franchise will only be available in a deluxe set for the time being - suggested retail price $99.98. Universal is also releasing each film again on DVD, in a "2-Disc Limited Edition" (each with Digital Copy), for a SRP of $19.98 each.

The six-disc set is loaded with special features including a Digital Copy disc for each of the three movies, U-Control, BD-Live, D-Box capable, featurettes, music videos and much more, along with Movie money ($7.50 value) to see Fast and Furious (in theaters April 3).

SHARKS RUMORS
 
This is just a rumor...seems that Paul Walker recently takes part on a Discovery Channel show (possibily Shark Week). This is not confirmed, still I counsel to keep an eye on Discovery Channel! The annual must-see event, Shark Week, is back this summer with seven premiere programs that spotlight the sea's apex predator, including two specials hosted by Mike Rowe (Dirty Jobs) that profile the people whose jobs are to work with sharks. Airing Sunday, July 30 through Friday, August 4 at 9 p.m. ET/PT each night, Shark Week is produced in conjunction with leading shark researchers around the globe, and provides viewers with valuable knowledge about the behavior and characteristics of this diverse and majestic species.

Fast and Furious will come out sooner than expected. After previously being moved back to June 12, 2009 tentpole, the latest sequel to 2001 street racing film, "The Fast and the Furious", is now expected to be debuted on the big screen on April 3.

According to Latino Review, the on-again off-again on-again off-again "Masters of the Universe" movie is, well, on-again. "Kung Fu Panda" director John Stevenson has snagged the job of bringing  He Man to the Big Screen. John Woo was originally onboard to direct the film. Said to be up for the role of Eternia's savior when Woo was on board were Triple-H, Matthew Davis, Christopher Showerman, Jason Lewis and Paul Walker.

First news for European fans about The Lazarus Project DVD. The Blu-Ray DVD will be out in Germany on February 27, 2009 under the title "Das Lazarus Projekt". German & English audio, deleted scenes and trailer as extras.

TvGuide.com: Why did the three of you deciee to all reunite for this one, versus the previous sequel?
Brewster: It was just a matter of timing. Paul was in the second one and it didn't make sense to have me back if Vin wasn't in it, and the third one was just a completely different thing. This one is a bit more old-school, which is very cool.

Subaru Showcases Tuners at 2008 SEMA Show
LAS VEGAS, Nov 04, 2008 -- Subaru of America, Inc. is showcasing high-performance concepts, along with a group of specialty tuner and race vehicles at the 2008 Specialty Equipment Market Association (SEMA) Show at the Las Vegas Convention Center Nov. 4-7. Among the vehicles spotlighted in the Subaru SEMA display are a 2009 Forester XTI and the WRX STI featured in the upcoming "Fast and Furious" film.
 
 "Fast & Furious 4" WRX STI
Coming in June 2009, the debut of "Fast & Furious" features a muscled up Subaru WRX STI in the thick of the action. In this fourth installment of the successful film series, lead character Brian O'Connor (played by Paul Walker) is released from prison and helps the Feds bring down a heroin ring. His ride? A very special WRX STI patterned after the World Rally Car Concept.
A Vellside body kit and hood give the WRX STI a sinister look, reinforced by custom black and silver paint with red pin striping by Jack's Auto Body. Eukei NT03+M wheels mount 285/40 R18 Continental Sport Contact 2 tires.
The movie car features a mostly stock factory powertrain, with a Perrin intake, Cobb Tuning ignition and 3-in. Cobb exhaust to unleash a few more horses from the 2.5-liter turbocharged / intercooled Boxer engine. A twin-plate clutch and Vellside shifter reinforce the drivetrain, which retains the stock DCCD Symmetrical All-Wheel Drive system.
The Fast & Furious interior gets a rally look and feel with Vellside seats and steering wheel, a custom rollcage and Takata seatbelts. The movie arrives in theaters June 12. The bad guys don't stand a chance.

Welcome on THE VAGRANT. This site is the direct heir of PaulWalker-Fan[dot]Net, a former French fansite about actor Paul Walker. After a transitional period, due also to technical problmes,  I have decided to transfer the whole site on a new location. This was the chance for some changes too!
You'll find here  mostly the same pages of the previous site, with a new look, like the informational pages about Paul Walker or the Filmography's pages, I've delete only what was not essential, to make it more easy to use.
The biggest intervent will concern the Gallery... this is a re-birth, so also the Gallery will re-birth, step by step, maybe slowly, but with a lot of material and the latest images available. In the meanwhile, until the new one will be published, will be still available the old PW-Fan.Net Gallery.
Also, on the plan is included a brand new Videotheque,  with interviews, trailer, clips and much more. Stay tuned!
